You can customize the design of your email surveys quickly and easily from within UserLoop.
Store Name. This is automatically set as the name of your Shopify store. This name is used as the 'from' field for your email surveys.
Reply To. If a customers presses 'Reply' on an email survey you send them, this is the email address their reply will be sent to. By default, this is set to the same email you use for your Shopify store admin.
Subject. This is the subject line of the survey email. We have optimized this based on thousands of surveys and A/B tests for an optimal response rate, so only change this if you know what you are doing!
Logo. You can add a custom logo which is used in both the survey email and on the thankyou page. Please use a PNG or SVG image no larger than 1mb in size. Transparent logos without a.white background work best.
By default, your surveys will be sent from your store name @shop-survey.com.
For example this looks like the below example in Gmail. Your store name is the 'From' name, and the email address is [email protected]
Custom email addresses: For customers on a premium plan, you can configure to send emails from your own domain name. Please get in touch if you would like some help on setting this up.
UserLoop allows you to customize the emoji reactions which customers use to rate you. We have a template library of different reactions you can use, or you can create your own to totally match your brand identity.
Reaction Gallery. The reaction gallery shows all the different emoji reactions you can choose to use for your survey. Simply press the 'Reactions Gallery' button and select one of the sets of emojis to use for your Survey. If you can't find one you like, just drop us a message and we will add it for you!
You can create your own reactions to make something totally unique to your brand. To get started, press the 'Create your own reactions' icon.
You can customize the message which is shown on the thank you page after a customer leaves you feedback here.
UserLoop can intelligently send happy customers to your favourite reviews site to leave a review. You can set that up under the Review Site Redirects section.
Customers who respond to your email survey by clicking on the Great reaction will be sent to the review sites you add to this section.
If you add multiple review sites, UserLoop will intelligently split traffic between them.
Adding a Review Site
You can add links to different review sites such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews and Facebook. Any customer who rates you as 'Great' will be sent to the review pages you set here.
The link you add here should be a public review page where the user can easily leave you a 5 star review.
